During their search for suitable alternatives, the facility managers evaluated Comunas GmbH, Nänikon, and engaged the company for the development of a strategic maintenance plan.
Therefore, the entire structural condition of the entire property portfolio was documented with an efficient and proven methods (STRATUS).
Combined with the most important key indicators, a complete overview of all properties came to light prioritizing the work needed over the next years and showing the budget and personnel resources required for it.
By disclosing the true costs with regard to the medium-term and long-term investment need, the decision-makers have now an essential strategic instrument for financial planning.
In addition, a strategy developed by an external consultant is a valuable document for the facility manager of the administration to justify his actions before the political decision-makers.
